How to activate the license

To use IceWarp services, you need to purchase a license.

If the license is payed, it is reactivated automatically.

If the license is not activated automatically, check if it was payed and activate it manually:

1. Go to WebClient.

2. Click the avatar icon.

3. Go down to Options > Licenses tab.

4. Copy the IceWarp Desktop Client activation key (see Options: Licenses Tab).

5. In IceWarp Desktop Client, click Menu > Help > License .

6. Enter the key into the License dialog .

7. Click Activate.

8. Wait for the confirmation message.

You can also find the activation key in WebAdmin:

1. Click > Users & Domains.

2. Select a domain from the list.

3. Select the account you want to activate.

4. In Info tab, go down to Client Applications and click Licenses for IceWarp Desktop Client (see Client Applications Management).

5. Move the Enable Client License toggle to activate it.

6. Copy the key and follow steps 6-8 described above.
